7 ROLLS I THAW TIME: 15 MINUTES I BAKE TIME: 35 MINUTES
- Pull the rolls/loaves out of the freezer and thaw in the fridge overnight (or on the countertop for 3 to 4 hours). Allow to proof on the countertop until they double in size. (The length of time is dependent on the room temperature, but approximately 1-2 hours once thaw). Remove any plastic lids or plastic wrap. 
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees 
- Optional step, bush rolls with egg wash 
- Bake for 12-14 minutes 
Ways to know if the rolls are done:
- Thermometer should read 190 degrees 
- Rolls should be golden brown 
Best enjoyed warm
